Private Membership Association-PMA

A private membership association, or PMA, is men and women collectively asserting and standing upon their rights to determine what products or services will be used by them to maintain the health of their own bodies, minds, and spirits; to freely share, discuss, obtain, exchange, view and/or use information and services by members of the Association; to determine for themselves which products, services, and advice is most beneficial to them without the information being censored through regulation or restriction of these rights.

In simple terms, a PMA is like a family. What is communicated or happens within a family’s private home, among only family members are private matters generally immune from and not subject to censorship/control by any administrative agency of any government and are generally immune from most, if not all, state and federal Public Laws. The exception to this is if the activities of the association present a “clear and present danger of a substantive evil”.

Why are they immune from public laws? They are private, not public. The ability to form a PMA and the protections afforded by a properly formed PMA are not new concepts.  Under the Constitution’s 1st amendment, we have the right to assemble and to associate. That right has always been there. Private Membership Associations have been around for a very long time.

And so, without further ado, I introduce to you the Private Membership Association Give Me Faith Farms, and would like to invite you to join us in freedom! Please let me know via email and I will mail you a contract to sign and return. Once you are a member, you can buy soaps directly from me for a discounted price.
